Office Projects
235 N Fourth Street
Renovation of a three-story, 21,000 SF commercial building in downtown Columbus with full interior build-outs completed across all floors. The first floor was converted into a shared flex space for second- and third-floor office tenants, including a kitchenette, gathering areas, and design library.
The second floor was built out to accommodate a local architecture firm, featuring private offices, conference rooms, and flexible workspaces.
The third floor was renovated as the Columbus office of an engineering firm to include new offices, glass-front conference rooms, a bullpen-style cubicle area, upgraded restrooms, and a kitchenette.

Multiple interior renovation projects have been completed within this Class A, multi-tenant office building. Recent work included:

Demising an existing 11,000 SF office suite to create two distinct suites for new tenants with each new suite including conference rooms, private offices, kitchenette and dining areas, bullpen-style workspace, and shared seating areas

Construction of two broadcast studios for a national news outlet, consisting of one standard green screen studio and a second, cyclorama wall studio.
Projects were delivered in occupied building conditions, with careful coordination to minimize disruption to tenants.
Easton Station
Interior retrofit of an existing corporate office to support the consolidation of two offices into a single workplace. Scope involved reconfiguring the layout to increase capacity and improve efficiency, including new offices, conference rooms, and shared work areas.
Work was completed with a focus on maintaining business continuity, coordinating closely with the client to minimize disruption and deliver a functional, cohesive office environment.
Upper Arlington Office Suites
Interior renovation project in a multi-tenant office building in Upper Arlington involving the consolidation of two adjacent suites into a single workspace. The project included the construction of new conference rooms and the installation of acoustically sound-rated office partitions to improve privacy and functionality.
Parlor Suites
Transformed an outdated, second floor office into a modern, functional space for Parlor Suites, a tattoo artists co-working studio. Renovation scope created 12-private studios and one large shared suite space, combining practical layouts with contemporary finishes to reflect the studio's creative atmosphere.
